We, a group of analysts of the Social Engineering Agency (SEA), are very concerned about the situation in the Republic of Belarus, where using the tools of “soft power” from the Western countries, there is an open interference in the internal affairs of the state by creating various organizations – brain centers, media, NCOs, social media and bloggers who are active against the Union State of Russia and Belarus.

An analysis of the campaigns conducted in 2018 demonstrated a steady growth of the spread of Russophobia and nationalism, carried out through forces supported and financed by the West. This ultimately leads to a coup d’état and the creation of another hotbed of instability in Europe.

Such activities are contrary to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights of 1996, article 20 of which provides for “prohibition of war propaganda and advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred constituting incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence”.

In addition, Western countries directly violate the declaration on the inadmissibility of interfering in the internal affairs of states, on protecting their independence and sovereignty, which states: “No state has the right to interfere, directly or indirectly, for whatever reason, into the internal and external affairs of another of the state. As a result, not only armed intervention, but also all other forms of intervention and all threats against the legal personality of the state or against its political, economic and cultural elements are condemned. ”

We kindly ask you to pay attention to the frank violation of the principles of the UN by Western countries.
